I Started My Own Business
After months of work and preparation, I'm so excited to be able to write that I've started my own bumpiness and it's launched. I wanted everything to be perfect for when I launched my brand and I think I've finally managed to get everything the way I want it. I wanted everything to fit well together, the logo, the packaging, the website all of it. I think after some last-minute tweaking everything is perfect.
So I guess I should tell you what the business is, I've launched my own eyelash collection. Every set of eyelashes have been designed and picked by me over the last couple of months. My favourite part about the lashes is that they're cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. It was really important to me that the lashes were cruelty-free as I wanted them to be available for everyone but also I don't want to profit off killing animals. I also wanted the lashes to be as environmentally friendly as possible which is why the lashes are reusable. Each set of lashes with the correct care can be used over 25 times, my own sets that I wear myself I've worn over 50 times. I clean my lashes by soaking them in warm water with a drop of baby shampoo or conditioner in for 5 minutes. The glue will them become lose from the lashes and you can either wipe it away with a cotton bud or pull away with tweezers. I then brush them through with a spoolie and let air dry. If I want to wear them on the same day I'll brush them with a spoolie and dry them with a hairdryer on low heat.
