Hangover survival tips

Most parties and night out's can be messy. I have a couple of simple tips to help make the partying better and the hangover bearable.

1) Make sure you put some paracetamol next to your bed and a bottle of water by your bed before you go out for the night

2) Make sure you eat during the day before you start drinking so that the alcohol can be soaked up

3) Put a moisturiser in the fridge. Putting it in the fridge will add an extra cooling effect when you put it on your skin the morning after which will help reduce redness and reduce a tired complexion

4) Don't mix drinks! Mixing drinks never ends well and make sure you stick to your own drink you don't want to take the risk of getting spiked

5) If you can actually remember in your drunken state brush your teeth when you get home. There's nothing worse than the taste of stale alcohol and takeaway the next morning

6) Take your makeup off before you go to bed

7) Make sure you eat the day after. Why not treat yourself to something greasy and bad for you because we all know the worst foods are the best for a hangover!

8) Make sure you drink a lot of water the day after to keep yourself hydrated
